We are
located approximately 20 miles West of Fredericksburg, 20 miles South of
Culpeper, 1 hour NW from Richmond and 30 miles East of Charlottesville.
From I95 Fredericksburg (about
30 min.), Take 3 West and go ~ 10 miles. Take Rt 20 South or
left (at the McDonalds and Sheets) and go 8.3 miles. Take a left onto
Rt 692 or Grasty Gold Mine Rd and go 1.8 miles. We are on the right
hand side, 10188 a white cottage with a red barn in the back.
From Culpeper (20 min.), take 522 south until it hits 20
(BP station on the corner). Go North or left on 20 about 5 miles. Edward's Exxon
will be on your right. Look for Rt 621 and a truck
with Tony's Auto Sales advertising on the side.
Take a right onto Rt 621 or Mine Run Rd and go ~ 2 miles. Take
a left at stop sign onto Rt 692 or Grasty Gold Mine Rd and we are
the third house on the left, 10188 a white cottage with a red barn in
the back.
From Charlottesville (about 45 min.)
take 64W to 15N towards Orange.
Stay on 15N in the Gordonsville circle. 15N intersects with 20 at
the Exxon and Dairy Korner. Take a right onto Rt 20 towards
Fredericksburg. Go about 14 miles. You will pass 522 intersection
and then Edward's Exxon on your right. Look for Rt 621 and a truck
with Tony's Auto Sales advertising on the side. Turn right onto
Rt 621 or Mine Run. Go 2 miles to the first stop sign. Take
a left onto Rt 692 or Grasty Gold Mine Rd and we are the third house on
the left, 10188 a white cottage with a red barn in the back.
From Orange (20
min.), take 20 North and go ~ 13 or 14 miles. You will pass the
intersection at 522 & 20, and Edwards Exxon on your right. Look on
your right for Rt 621 and a truck
with Tony's Auto Sales advertising on the side. Take a right
onto Rt 621 or Mine Run Rd and go ~ 2 miles. Take a left at the
first stop
sign onto Rt 692 or Grasty Gold Mine Rd and we are the third house on
the left, 10188 a white cottage with a red barn in the back.
From Richmond (about
1 hr.) Come
up I95 North, pass the Lady Smith exit 110 and the next exit is 118
exit at Thornburg (I think it's #118). Go left off of the
exit ramp onto Rt 606 or Post Oak Rd. Go about 25 miles on Rt
606. You will cross over Rt 1, cross the intersection of 208 (the
road going to Lake Anna), you will pass a big wood mill, and the road
finally dead ends into an orchard. There are huge white rocks with
yellow smiley faces painted on them. You can either go
straight onto a dirt road or right onto Dulin Rd. Take a right
onto Dulin Rd. Go about 2 miles to the stop sign. Go
left onto Rt 621 or Mine Run Rd. Go another 2 miles to the
first stop sign (flashing lights will warn you of the stop). Go
right onto 692 and we are the third house on the left, 10188 a white
cottage with a red barn in the back.
